2026 AE Career Fair Kick-Off Social

All organization representatives attending the AE Career Fair are invited to the Kick-off Social. Join us for this networking event to meet AE students and student hosts. A tour of AE’s new home, the Engineering Collaborative Research and Education (ECoRE) building, will be offered.

When: Monday, September 28 | 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Where: Room 504 ECoRE Building

Agenda

7:00 p.m.: Brief Welcome Remarks by Dr. Jin Wen, AE Department Head

7:15 p.m.: Informal Meet and Greet — Dessert buffet and beverages will be served.

7:45 p.m.: Tour of the ECoRE Building available (30 min.)

9:00 p.m.: Social concludes

Parking is available at the West Parking Deck. Attire is business casual.
