Scholarships and Financial Aid

Your college education is one of the greatest investments you will make in your lifetime. Penn State offers a variety of financial aid programs to help students meet their educational expenses. The number of awards is limited and the competition is strong. The University offers aid in the form of fellowships, scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study. These are discussed in detail through the Office of Student Aid. In addition, the College and Department offer financial assistance in the form of departmental scholarships, teaching internships, work-study, and wage payroll positions.
