Advising

Undergraduate Advising - Building Connections

Architectural Engineering faculty and staff advisors are eager to connect with current and incoming AE students. Our mission for advising is to enable all students to succeed in the AE program by building connections from the start and throughout the program.

There are multiple tiers of advising:

  • Engineering Pre-major (PMaj) students at University Park - The Engineering Advising Center (EAC)
  • Engineering Pre-major (PMaj) students at Commonwealth Campus – Campus advisors
  • Architectural engineering pre-major (ENGAE) students– Moses Ling mosesling@psu.edu at University Park
  • Architectural engineering (B.A.E.) students – Assigned faculty advisers. Locate your adviser in LionPATH

All architectural engineering students are encouraged to regularly meet with their advisers. Advisers are generally available on a walk-in basis during posted office hours. Students may also ask questions and schedule appointments by telephone or email. Please contact Prof. Moses Ling mosesling@psu.edu or Mrs. Chris Decoteau cad292@psu.edu for advising or scheduling issues.
