Engineering adviser speaking with student

Undergraduate Advising

There are two levels of undergraduate advising for Penn State engineering students. The Engineering Advising Center (EAC) primarily serves as the academic advising resource for students in pre-major status (ENGR) at University Park.

Once students have been admitted into the architectural engineering major, they will be assigned to a faculty advisor within the Department of Architectural Engineering.

All AE students are encouraged to regularly meet with their advisers. Advisers are generally available on a walk-in basis during posted office hours. Students may also ask questions and schedule appointments by telephone or email.
