| 5:00 p.m. | Early Arrival - For those able to arrive on campus Monday evening It’s been a tradition for early-arriving employers to meet their student hosts and treat them to dinner. It’s a great way to get to know your host and learn more about the AE program. Select your favorite State College restaurant or ask your student host for suggestions. |
| 7:00–9:00 p.m. | Career Fair Kick-off Social | Engineering Collaborative Research and Education (ECoRE) Building Meet our new Department Head, Dr. Jin Wen and tour our facilities. There will also be plenty of time to mingle with our AE students in an informal setting. |

| 8:30 a.m. | Set-Up | Bryce Jordan Center Morning arrivals can meet their student hosts to get assistance setting up their booths at this time. Continental breakfast is available. |
| 10:00 a.m. | Career Fair Opens to Students |
| 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. | Lunch Boxed lunches are provided for all representatives in the Employer Hospitality Room. |
