Engineering Copy Center

In the mid-1960s, the Department of Architectural Engineering founded the Engineering Copy Center primarily to serve the blueprinting needs of Penn State's engineering and architectural engineering students. Since that time, the copy center's services have evolved and expanded to also serve the University and the surrounding community. Stop by to discuss your project needs with any of our staff; we are happy to serve you.

We welcome Dave Jacobs, senior operator, and Maddy Stauffer, operator.

Copy Center Billing and Payments

All customers printing materials through the Copy Center for a Penn State college, school, or department must provide the following information:

  • Customer’s name
  • Customer’s phone number and email address
  • Department number that is responsible for payment
  • Budget number/ Fund number (cost center if appropriate)
  • USER ID/ACCESS ID of the billing contact person who processes the IDCCs for the department responsible for payment

We will submit an IDCC to the department responsible for paying the invoice. The pink copy of the invoice must be given to the billing contact person. For outstanding invoices, departments will receive a statement summarizing any invoices past due, so correct department information is critical.

We also accept cash, LionCash,  Penn State p-cards, and VISA, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. The payment is due at the time of pick-up.

How to Print

We support the latest versions of software applications used by our customers, including Adobe PhotoShop and Microsoft Office applications. When sending documents to be printed, please make sure your documents are the desired size to be printed and are in PDF format.

Simply email files to The Engineering Copy Center along with detailed printing instructions or bring your files to the Copy Center on a flash drive or CD.

If using Upload Document, please remember to email after uploading your files.
