Thank you for your interest in attending the 2022 AE Fall Career Fair. The application period is now closed, and we've begun our selection process. Companies will be notified of their attendance status in the next few weeks.

If your firm wants to explore other options for engaging with Penn State architectural engineering students and/or recruiting them for full-time and internship placement, please contact Brenda Colby at bll36@psu.edu.

Sponsorships and Fees

Industry Leader - $8,000

Includes all Sponsor items, plus:

  • Double-sized booth (20'x10') in a prime, high traffic area
  • Guaranteed private interview space for one day: either Monday, September 19 or Wednesday, September 21 

Corporate Partner - $2,000

Includes all Sponsor items, plus:

  • Priority booth location
  • Priority for available private interview space for one day: either Monday, September 19 or Wednesday, September 21

Sponsor - $1,000

  • Participate at all Career Fair activities
  • 10'x10' booth space with 8' high backdrop curtain
  • One 6-foot-table with white tablecloth and blue table skirt
  • Two chairs
  • Electric hookup
  • Wireless Internet Access
  • Morning coffee break and boxed lunch for organization representatives
  • Early access to the electronic resumes of those students who are interested in full-time work or internships and have agreed to resume distribution prior to the Fair
