Career Fair Registration Information

Please note: registration is now closed for the 2020 AE Virtual Career Fair! If you have any questions, please reach out to Kevin, Melika, or Sam via the contact information at right.

A full-featured AE Sponsor Booth for $750 that includes text, audio, and video chat opportunities to engage architectural engineering students and discuss full-time and internship opportunities.

Please note: You do not need to pay at the time of registration, so do not delay in signing up. As previously announced, the event has been converted to a virtual format using Brazen Careers, a commercially available online event platform as recommended by Penn State. Despite being online this year, there are limits to the maximum number of companies that can be accommodated. Payments will be made by check payable to The Pennsylvania State University and an invoice will be sent to the contact person who registers your organization.

After you register with the online system and we process and create your basic booth, we will send you a confirmation notice with instructions on how to access the booth. Information including tutorials and training webinars on how to use the Brazen system and the AE Career Fair’s specific features will be provided as well.

Penn State AE students will be on campus for the fall 2020 semester; however, restrictions remain for large in-person events. The health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and industry recruiters are of utmost importance, which is why the fair is being held virtually.

If you have any questions or need help with registration in any way, send us a note at the contact information listed below. See you online in September!
