Engineering Copy Center

In the mid-1960s, the Department of Architectural Engineering founded the Engineering Copy Center primarily to serve the blueprinting needs of Penn State's engineering and architectural engineering students. Since that time, the copy center's services have evolved and expanded to also serve the Penn State and Happy Valley communities.

Copy Center Summer Hours

Changes in Engineering Copy Center Billing and Payments

Please note the changes in billing and payment information for Penn State colleges, schools, and departments. All customers printing materials through the copy center for a Penn State college, school, or department must provide the following information:

  • Customer’s name
  • Customer’s phone number
  • Department responsible for payment (if different than your home department please specify)
  • Budget number/ Fund number (cost center if appropriate)
  • USER ID/ACCESS ID of the billing contact person’s ID that processes the IDCC’s for the department responsible for payment

We will submit an IDCC to the department responsible for paying the invoice. The pink copy of the invoice must be given to the billing contact person. For outstanding invoices, departments will receive a statement summarizing any invoices past due, so correct department information is critical.

We also accept cash and LionCash. We now accept Penn State pcards, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.

How to Print

We support the latest versions of software applications used by our customers, including AutoCAD, Adobe PhotoShop, and Microsoft Office applications. Our staff can help you format your documents to produce the best results.
